The NAVFAC Naval Support Activity HR service delivery operations are managed through five
Human Resources Service Centers (HRSCs), one of them located in Philadephia, PA in which SVE group took the responsibilites of the Commissioning Authority during the Construction phase of this project. The Service Centers provide a full spectrum of centralized human resource services including recruitment and staffing, merit promotion and delegated examing (DE), workforce shaping, classification, processing personnel actions, maintaining Official Personnel Files (OPFs), data management and reports, workforce development, labor and employee relations, benefits, compensation, and EEO dispute resolution guidance.
SVE Group has completed the final commissioning work for the newly constructed Naval Support Activity Human Resources Service Center located in Philadelphia, PA. This particular project consistes of offices and is 70,000 square feet.
